Standard deliverables include 5–7 pages (Home, About, Services, Service Area, Contact, plus trade-specific pages as needed), mobile-first responsive design, contact form, click-to-call functionality, Google Maps embed, and SEO meta tags on every page.

All design work is original and created specifically for the client — not generated from a generic template.

Monthly subscription includes website hosting on reliable infrastructure with a 99.9% uptime target, SSL certificate installation and automatic renewal, domain connection management, and uptime monitoring.

Forgesite Co. is not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures outside our control, including but not limited to DNS provider outages, hosting platform incidents, or domain registrar issues.

Monthly subscription includes unlimited content updates, defined as changes to existing text, photo swaps or additions, service list modifications, contact information updates, hours changes, and minor copy edits. Updates are completed within 48 business hours of request.

Content updates do not include new page builds from scratch, new feature development (booking systems, e-commerce, databases), or full visual redesigns. These require a separate quote.

Setup includes proper meta titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, and basic structured markup. Monthly subscription includes maintenance of these elements as content changes.

Forgesite Co. makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, Google Business Profile placement, or organic traffic results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes and local competition.

Setup fee: $199 one-time, due before any design or development work begins.

Monthly subscription: $99/month, invoiced on the same calendar date each month starting from the month of site launch.

First invoice total: $298 ($199 setup + $99 first month), due before work begins.

All invoices are issued via Wave to the client's email address on file. Payment is currently accepted via Venmo to @ForgesiteCo only. Clients confirm payment by replying to the invoice email with "Paid" and their Venmo username.

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• No automatic charges — all payments are manually initiated by the client
• No credit card or bank information is stored by Forgesite Co.
• Prices may change with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers

If a monthly invoice is unpaid after 14 days, Forgesite Co. will contact the client via email and text. If unpaid after 21 days, hosting may be temporarily suspended. All site files are preserved during suspension and service resumes immediately upon receipt of payment.

Forgesite Co. reserves the right to terminate service entirely if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, at which point all site files will be delivered to the client.

The $199 setup fee is non-refundable once design or development work has commenced. Work is considered commenced upon receipt of business information from the client and start of design.

If a client cancels before any work has begun — prior to submitting their business information — the setup fee will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Monthly subscription fees are not refunded for partial months. If a client cancels mid-billing-period, their service continues through the remainder of the period already paid. No prorated refunds are issued.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing build@forgesiteco.com. No minimum notice period, cancellation fee, or explanation is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation confirmation, no further invoices will be issued. All site files will be packaged and delivered to the client within 5 business days at no additional cost.

Forgesite Co. reserves the right to terminate service with 14 days written notice for any reason, including non-payment, violation of these terms, or business necessity. In all cases, site files will be delivered to the client prior to termination.

All website content, design, copy, and assets created by Forgesite Co. for the client are the property of the client upon full payment. Forgesite Co. does not retain rights to resell, redistribute, or reuse client-specific site content.

Upon cancellation and settlement of any outstanding balance, all site files — including HTML, CSS, images, and all associated assets — will be packaged and transferred to the client within 5 business days. Files may be hosted by the client on any platform of their choosing.

Domain names are always owned and controlled by the client. Forgesite Co. connects to client domains during the subscription period but never holds, transfers, or controls client domain registrations. Clients retain full access to their domain registrar accounts at all times.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete business information including business name, phone number, service list, service area, and any logos or photos. The client is also responsible for timely review and approval of the preview site during the build process.

Delays caused by late delivery of information or approvals do not count against Forgesite Co.'s 7-day turnaround commitment.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Forgesite Co. — including photos, logos, text, and any other materials — is owned by or properly licensed to the client. Forgesite Co. is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied content.

Forgesite Co. is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by the client. It is the client's responsibility to review the completed site and notify Forgesite Co. of any corrections needed before and after launch.

Forgesite Co. targets a 7-business-day turnaround from receipt of payment and complete business information to a live website. This is a good-faith commitment and not a contractual guarantee. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity and revision rounds.

Content update requests submitted by the client are acknowledged within 4 business hours and completed within 48 business hours. Urgent updates (such as phone number changes or emergency notices) are prioritized and handled same day when operationally possible.

Forgesite Co. is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, lost contracts, or any other business losses resulting from website downtime, errors, delays in delivery, or any aspect of the services provided.

In all cases, maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the current billing month.

Forgesite Co. uses third-party services including hosting platforms, DNS providers, and payment processors. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or failures of these third-party services that affect the client's website.

Forgesite Co. makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, website traffic, lead volume, or any other marketing outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithms, local competition, and the client's industry.
